The 2013 National Road Safety Conference

The 2013 National Road Safety Conference will take place at The Majestic Hotel, Harrogate, 13-14 November 2013 and will be hosted by the Yorkshire and Humberside Region.

The delegate booking process is now open and we’re delighted to say that we’ve managed to hold the 2012 rates with no increases for any attendees.

The full residential delegate rate for Road Safety GB members is £295 plus VAT, which includes all conference sessions, overnight accommodation, the conference dinner and all other refreshments across the two-day event. The rate for attendees from non-member organisations is £395 plus VAT.

However, 50 residential places have been set aside for Road Safety GB members at the heavily subsidised rate of just £175 plus VAT. These places will be allocated on a strictly first come, first served basis.

We understand that for some it may prove difficult to obtain authorisation to attend without themes and an agenda in place, but we can assure you that the conference will take a similar format to previous years. It will cover a wide range of road safety themes and topics, rather than focusing on a single, or a small number of, issues.

When the themes and outline agenda are published, in late March/early April 2013, people who have booked early will have the opportunity to cancel without penalty should they wish to do so.
