Leeds mounts successful PTW funding bid

Leeds City Council has been successful in a bid to the Highways Agency for funding for a PTW rider training project which is due to be launched in the next couple of months.

The funding will support the Quality Yorkshire Riders project, which began in the latter part of last year.

While the project is primarily aimed at riders of larger capacity machines, it is also suitable for riders of all levels of ability and experience.

The training will aim to assess riders and provide them with a tailored training package based on their individual needs.

For further information contact Dave Glanville on 0113 247 519.
