'Minefield' warning to company bosses
A ‘minefield’ of legislation was outlined to business bosses at a fleet driving seminar organised by the TTC Group.
The warning was issued by Simon Protano, head of corporate risk management at TTC Group, one of the UK’s top driver training specialists. Delegates heard how health & safety law had altered much over the last year, with the ‘biggest change’ being the Corporate Manslaughter Act which is aimed at prosecuting organisations.
