However, this year the venue is much better suited to hosting the exhibition.  

For a start, there is plentiful, free onsite parking, and access to the area where the exhibition is taking place is easy!

All exhibitors will be positioned outside the main conference room in the lobby area where delegates will take refreshments - lunch on both days, tea/coffee, and pre-dinner drinks prior to the conference dinner.

The conference will run from lunchtime on Tuesday 16 November until around 3.30pm on Wednesday 17 November.

'Get in' for exhibitors will be during the morning of 16 November and 'Get out' will be immediately after the end of the conference.

While there is ample space this year, we will be limiting the exhibition to around 20 stands, in order to ensure delegates have a fair chance of visiting all stands.

Places at the exhibition will be allocated on a strictly 'first come, first served' basis (last year it was over-subscribed). Everyone who exhibited in 2009, and those who we unfortunately could not accommodate, will receive notification about the exhibition at the same time.

This year we are offering two stand sizes and a full residential package for those requiring accommodation and who would like to attend the conference sessions and conference dinner. We are also making a charge for an additional representative because (as we found to our cost last year) we have to pay the venue a fee for each delegate, including exhibitors.

For exhibitors wishing to book their own accommodation there is a Ramada Hotel adjacent to Chesford Grange.

Prices start at £350 plus VAT, the same as last year. The full pricing/option schedule is as follows:
